Terms of Service
1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
PowerGLAZE is the exclusive property of Suresh Sundaram and Ashok Subramanian. All rights reserved. The Software is licensed, not sold, and no ownership is transferred.
2. License to Use
You are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use PowerGLAZE solely for personal, educational, or studio pottery work.
2.1 Free Use
- Individual studio potters (including those selling work)
- Community studios
- Educational institutions and school studios
2.2 Restricted Commercial Use
- Large businesses, manufacturers, corporations, or labs
- Industrial-scale glaze formulation or ceramic production
- Enterprise or research organizations
Such users must obtain a paid commercial license. Licensors retain discretion to determine eligibility.
3. Prohibited Actions
- Modify, alter, translate, or create derivative works
- Reverse-engineer or decompile
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense
- Enterprise use without license
4. Attribution
“Generated using PowerGLAZE by Suresh Sundaram and Ashok Subramanian (Sundaram Pottery).”
5. glazy.org Integration
Recipes are retrieved only when a recipe ID is entered. PowerGLAZE does not store or redistribute glazy.org content.
6. No Warranty
The Software is provided “AS IS.” Use at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
No liability for kiln damage, glaze failures, or loss of materials.
8. Termination
Access may be terminated for violation of these Terms.
9. Updates
Terms may be updated at any time.

Privacy Policy
PowerGLAZE collects minimal technical data required for functionality. No personal data is sold or stored.
Imported glazy.org recipes remain the property of their contributors.
